hp laserjet p1102 - disassembly & repair part 1

The HP Laserjet P1102 printer was serviced with a flashing orange LED error. After disassembling it, it turned out that it was completely covered with powder from the printing cartridge. Extensive maintenance was necessary. The pressure roller has damage but does not cause paper jams or wrinkles. Very worn pickup roller and separator will be replaced by the repair company. The printer is very noisy. The cause is a very worn gear of the fuser drive clutch. Replacing the clutch will be shown in one of the next video
