Instead of what you did here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpuZc5SNfJyaiq8 you can enter the secondary service menu "Google it", then choose "Pickup Roller", which will orient the roller the correct side so that you can remove it.

Hi sir...nice tutorial...will try asap....however i have another problem...same model printer as in tutorial...the printer always goes into cleaning mode whenever print, then get misprint error...then it repeat same thing again after press ok...would be grateful if u willing to share solution for this...🙂

Amigo tengo esa impresora y me sale en negro bien y mando a imprimir en a color y sale un fondo azul ya los toner los probé en una máquina igual y imprimen bellos y los de la otra máquina los puse y el error igual sale el fondo azul ya limpie el tranfer bien sale igual que puede ser por favor gracias
