you didn't show whether the printer can power up normally or not after the capacitor and fuse replacement.

By the time I charge for doing to this I'm charging $200. Then the company that hires me. And then another company that hires them. Finally whoever owns the printer is paying for the service contract. For printers like this is it laughable.
