First off, I. can't figure out how to use the paper tray on the top. Put paper in it and nothing happens. Hunted for video's and couldn't find any that would show my how to use the top tray, only the back tray. The first time I printed on it, I used card stock/ glossy photo paper. Worked great, the next day it just keep saying I was out of paper. Took it out and put it in several times and it stilled wouldn't load & print, both card stock and photo pape.. It worked all right on just plain paper. Is there a special setting for card stock? It was easy to set up by just following the instructions. For that I will give it 4 stars.

Also there is no setting for card stock paper the only thing like the paper is thick so you only can put a couple of sheets in tray. We replaced all the ink cartridges but the printer keeps saying “remove and reinstall indicated ink cartridges making sure it is correctly installed” we did that several times and it is still indicating all the cartridges are not installed correctly. Any ideas what the problem is?

Sometime the chip on the ink cartridge go bad for some odd reason it happen to me to one day the good thing was I am part of the hp smart ink subscription they replace it for me right away it was brand new and it stop working

So your connected wireless. Maybe the chip on the cartridge is bad or make sure the connection of the cartridge to printer is clean as well. I haven't had this issue yet. Let me see what else I can come up with. Ill do some research and get back to you
