Hp Pavilion 14 X360 12th generation RAM and SSD Upgrade Options and Unboxing. There is only one slot of SSD, we can just upgrade the SSD, we cannot add another SSD. There is no Hard Drive option we cannot add hard drive in it. There is on-board RAM DDR4 8GB cannot be changed nor upgrade.

Thanks for mentioned not being able to upgrade RAM.. I had it opened and looked around for a hour on the board and didn't see anything! Hard to find info on this model online.

Did you try to remove the battery? On most HP Pavilion x360 there are 2 RAM slots under the battery, covered with a metal lid. Try that and post it here as an update.
