This model has 2666mhz of ram but on every vendor it shows 2400 mhz. I own the same model and I have used both CPU-Z and CMD to check that.

@Uk It was true for me aswell until I reported and upgraded at the same time. Had thermal throttling, bad backup and all but all changed after I complained to the service center and they change the motherboard. I have put another 8k on upgrading my machine and now it's a beast with 16 gb ram and 240 sad with 1 tb hdd. No problems for now. Honestly this particular model of hp has it multiple problems that people are facing. Better to go for Acer nitro like my borther did. He is facing no issues at all except heating due to dust which is understandable.

Bro I have a small.queerry ...I have seen a lot of people in ho website commenting so badly about this Laos performance like how I'm experiencing right now. .that its a slow product lags a lot freezes a lot and takes some time to respond apps and app functioning is little slower ...is it because that they are facing some issues with this product or the laptop model itself is like this ....I have seen the reviews of this same laptop HDD version with i5 ..people are not responding that bad ...dies processor play a role in basic apps functioning and all ...although it has hdd the intel version they say it's fast....can I know y is this so ???

Bro what is this bro ...it is such a slow laptop...I haven't seen even a i3 laptop performing like this . .it takes so much of time to open apps and lags freezes a lot....it takes around 50 secs to open from shut down mode and 5-6 mins to restart the computer....the icons takes few mins to load and. Sometimes it shows the apps are not responding ...is it because of lack of SSD but how can it bethis slow...taking 6-8 secs to open apps ..and once while I'm writing an online exam it got stucked like that !!!! ....is it happening to u also ???

I have been using this lap for a month now. No probs at all with the hard disk. It gets heated up while gaming but that's normal. The Lap Has A USB 3.0 port so file transfer is fast
