The one I'm looking at is the HP x360 2-in-1 convertible laptop, but the specs are different than you mentioned. 1 TB 5400 RPM SATA 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM (1 DIMM) (The B&O speakers you mentioned) Processor speed: 2.2 GHz base, Up to 4 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-8130U Processor, Dual Core Intel® HD Graphics 620 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM (1 DIMM) Would this be able to handle running photoshop, animate, illustrator and chrome (with about 30 tabs open at any given time)? I really need an affordable laptop that I can get at like Rent-a-center or Aarons, that will handle my needs. Any help would be so appreciated!!!

I have this in the 6th gen core i3 and i love it. I even edit on it using filmora and premiere pro and it manages them well. The audio is great also but sometimes get distorted only when rendering in premiere. Its light, thin and the convertible is a plus.

the m.2 is either sata or pcie depending on the port. pavilion can come with either, but if it is sata, then one is limited in any upgrade later. if the port is pcie, one can plug in sata or pcie m.2 hard drives.

Do you think the MacBook Air 13 inch is powerful enough for drawing illustration on Photoshop and video editing? Nothing professional. Or should I go for the pro? Is 128gb sad enough? It depends on the specs but for the price I've never been a fan of the Macbook Air for doing any work like that. I think of it as a presentation laptop for public speaking and a type writer for authors.

This is an interesting point for me. I, too, question the ill effects of the exposed keyboard when spinning it around and using it as a tablet, potential damage to the keyboard. Otherwise I really, really like this laptop (or is it a notebook? lol). It is great for average use without a specific need such as gaming. The sound is great, fills the room. The screen resolution is really nice also. Plus it feels really solid without being heavy. It speaks portability and, oh yeah, it's quiet too. I paid around $725 for mine, money very well spent!

He must've gotten the computer before Black Friday (maybe before November altogether) . I got the same one, but mine came with a 1TB hard drive. And I can tell that it's already starting to run like my old laptop. Plus, I get about 3 or 4 hours of battery life. Soooo.... I don't know....

Nik Kalos hey bro! I'm in Australia as well. Just been looking at a new laptop and it's been really frustrating. I went with the HP Pavilion x360 13-U164TU. Nothing too over the top but it's the latest release in the Pavilion series I think. Picked it up for $1,000 from JB HI FI. I'm honestly thinking I should have gone for a larger screen like a 15.6 inch though. Still doing more research and looking at reviews cos I might exchange it for something bigger. Overall I think it's great. Battery seems a little average, only gone through two full charges so far and seeing about 5 hours battery life. I wanted something with closer to 10 hours battery fml.

I bought the Gold i5 version 3mos ago refurbished at Micro Center in Overland Park Kansas . I havent downloaded music or movies to the hard drive because of itunes. Although itd be nice to be able to take my "Purchased" albums into ?..well idk what music program it has,maybe windows media player. Anyway so my laptop started spazzing out,screen went blue and off. Now when i power it up i can hear it. The shift light blinks 5 times,and wont turn on! So the store has a 14 day warranty? I got it in Like new condition. Im finding myself really getting into tech stuff. I use Google Fiber,had it on wifi. Just my TV and Surround sound system each are ethernet connected so Idk what this could be? I paid around 425-500 for it so i dont want to invest 200+ to fix if its even fixable. Seems like a driver. I had them run diagnostics and they just well we need to send it to HP so they can narrow it down and cover it Yet the day after im home from buying it ,its wanting these updates amd also my HP extended Warranty Purchase Option was over! You can, I would recommend a Jot which looks like a pen but has the clear circle on it. You won't be able to use a stylus that has the little nib on it as far as I know, but if you're an artist you'll be able to make good use of it.

Don't risk buying the spectre, it's too expensive and a lot have reported a faulty product, mostly screen problems. Google it, you will find a lot of reports.
