it causes by update or restore BIOS, re-enable in advanced options on BIOS (UEFI With CSM), maybe it's in legacy

Hey.. so I'm facing a issue like , while I'm working/playing games in my pc my display goes NO SINGAL but, the applications are running in background fine, I can hear the sounds and can speak in discord also so the application are working, but MY CPU(AMD ryzen73700x) and GPU(Zotac2070super) fan starts running at MAX speed . when I restart the PC display works fine again. Still can't find a solution. Note : I have changed Display cable, tried using different monitor, even changed new GPU(2070super). even changed thermal paste also. My PSU is 750W. can someone help me find a solution to this issue Please....!!
