Saludos.. I have the exact same laptop.. IS IT WORTH UPGRADING THE i3 to i5 or i7 and adding more gb / hard drive too... Or SHOULD I BUY A NEWER LAPTOP

I.dont have to remove the screw so don't know why U removed it for otherwise it's a good video. This laptop holds a max of 8 GB which is the one to have if U only have 4 gb then buy the 4gb and install it like he says

🫠Regarding your question, then your lock may be broken if you didn't remove the screw, because the screw is an extra step to hold the cover and prevent from slide, unless your screw is holding other cover, BUT if you have opened it then congrats and if you want to know the max ram capacity just open CMD and type: wmic memphysical get maxcapacity that will tell you the max ram capacity, if it is 8GB as you mentioned then sure 4gbx2 cheers🍻
