No, that's gonna damage the print heads by time, if you work only with black and white papers, i advice you to get a monochrome printer

HP printer setup seriously complicated process and not user friendly, particularly the HP smart app is not smart its too much headache, sometime it cannot search the printer even it already install in computer and doing printing. I buy one unit and I return it back. Not recommended the HP printer.
