If you can't get access to the console, via TeraTerm, make sure you are selecting the right COM port. As you can see in @1:45, I had to select a different COM port to connect. I had the same issue I plugged my internet into the port 1 of the switch and then my laptop into port 2 let is get an IP address then had Wireshark see what address it gave to the switch and then telnet with putty into the switch

Can you setup LAG inside the web interface?

not in this switch model if I remember correctly, its very old, but for sure i setup LAGs in the CLI, supports the standard like LACP and Static

+Hadar Hardtmann HP console cables are available on eBay. Note that the pin-out is different from Cisco, so you can't use a Cisco console cable with HP equipment.
