Looks like HP removal process in Ahmedabad RTO, we still have to visit RTO, though we apply online. What I experience with this, After adding and uploading document it ask me to book appointment with RTO. Not sure why this happens. From this video it looks like RTO has made HP(hypothecation) removal process online. but it seems that in some RTO still offline we require to go.
