The majority of Myanmar/Burmese desserts are strongly influence by India cuisine.
Falooda from India mainly use vermicelli falooda sev and basil seeds. However, Falooda from Myanmar's key ingredients are sago and jelly (agar agar).
You can also find that some shops use variety of ingredients including Pineapple Jam and Burmese Winter Melon Candy (Marrow candy) and here I use as much ingredients as I can get.
