I'm on my third SM device. I supposed I'll slowly keep adding to my collection. (Don't even get me started on my vintage HP addiction.) Loved this presentation.

Wow, that DM-15L looks amazing. The voyagers could be updated with a wider display (stretch across the calculator), that would allow for soft buttons on the left side that align with the screen. I'm tempted to buy one of these for my kid as he starts secondary school, but I worry a bit about teachers/exams.

What I would love to see is a 48SX in a body frame of a 42DM, of course a bit larger and thin, no card expansion. Oh, man that would be nice. RPL is a variation of RPN, but for anyone who’s done serious mathematics, especially in the physical sciences, RPL isn’t weird at all. It’s simply another way to input information into the calculator, reinforcing your understanding of mathematical order of operations. While today’s software lets you just type equations, RPL keeps you more connected to the problem-solving process. It encourages you to think critically about the steps involved, helping you stay in touch with the math rather than just relying on automated tools.

I think there might be a small market for an "uber-premium" keyboard upgrades inspired by older HPs. Double-shot keys is a bridge too far IMHO. Kickstarter would be the place to see if there is demand and finance the effort. Having expensive units in the line-up also makes the other look more economical too. Somehow the calculators would need something to differentiate the model (maybe different color case or different faceplate or at least name update).

I see these HHC presentations as akin to "family dinners," where the formality of presentations may be partially suspended by long familiarity. I go easy on the excited interruptions.
