Coburn Technologies introduces their fastest edger to-date to their line of lens finishing products: HPE-910 EXXPERT Express Lens Edger.
The new HPE-910 edges a single lens in only 80 seconds, 50% faster than previous HPE models. There are 35 combinations of step bevel, with 7 step bevel types and 5 edging styles, creating a perfect, sturdy fit for frames. These options, plus significant software and equipment enhancements, ensure practices can create more "first-time-fit" lenses than ever before, making HPE-910 an efficient and profitable investment.
It is easy to process high curve lenses and lenses with various coatings due to a more powerful wheel and flexible adaptive chuck. Complex processing, including variable asymmetric, is fast and easy due to height adjustability. Other available grooving includes Semi-U, Partial Grooving/Beveling, Hybrid Grooving and Dual Grooving. Operators can also utilize the Retouch Function after processing to further refine the fitting. HPE-910 also features an optional built-in drill, further streamlining the lens finishing process.
