soooooo i have had a sprint 2 for while and haved loved it and watched it age over the years.....i have recently gotten into drifting with 2wd... i had no clue that ours was capable of this all this time.. this is great because at least i dont have to get a new 400 setup to start going sideways but when i looked up the parts there wasnt a kit that would allow me to get all this together .... id love to do some of this with mine.. and then we alwasy have the option to go back to a touring setup when ready.. one of the best chasis that i have seen in the rc entry world.. thanks for the great content

I just want my sprint 2 to perform just as well as the yd2 and rmx. Alot of people talking crap about sprint 2. I want to show them that you dont need baller chassis to drift rwd. Great video btw! Love it

Haha. It was a really fun chassis to make a nice drift setup. The sprint2 is designed and mocked from the overdose vacula just not as well built. But same base. Electronics all same placement belt drive in rear. Just diff arm setups.

Yeah my go to chassis are yokomo yd2 I have 2. started with the Sprint amd moved over once water diff chassis. I loved the eagle just built it and it sat so sold to local guy that wanted better chassis.

Do you have so much slop in the front that you can literally push the front inner wheel to the point where it buckles past center and then gets locked in that over centering

I'm having that problem any idea how to fix it? My linkage basically buckles way too far and once it is past that point I get alot of play

Did you get this chassis as a complete kit from Yeah Racing? Because I just got the same chassis as yours from RcMart for a good price too. Not a kit either, it's all pre-assembled, and sold as a drift/touring chassis and has the parts to change it included. It's very nice.

What tires do you run? I'm currently running hpi type-a in the front and t-drifts in the rear. I'm mostly on a super slick polished concrete floor and I know you are on carpet. I'm trying to find better tires for the rear mainly.

Obey Rockillas it all depends on your price range feetech make decent Servo for about 30 bucks it's what I use for a while OMG she's really good products that's what I like to run now

Iggy. Go to RcMart.com and enter "Yeah Racing spt 2" and on the second page you will see a pre-assembled full option orange aluminum and carbon fiber rwd sprint 2 with both high & low motor mounts. I just got mine and it is sweet, smooth and "budder." All you need is electronics and your set. I was inspired by Oryon and was gonna dish out all that money to get the rtr sprint 2 and then all the conversion and aluminum replacement parts but for $270 I got exactly what Oryon has and came pre-assembled. Hurry though they have limited stock. Good luck dude.
