Hpi Trophy Truggy Flux 4s Vs Arrma Kraton 4s

Great to see some people still have these! Switch those weak drive axles for the proper 1/8 17mm axles from the Trophy Buggy. For some silly reason they put puny 1/10 axles on the Truggy... I've yet to break an axle after the switch...surprisingly you can still get just about any part for these things online. Still love my HPI, tough as nails.

Just brought a Kraton 4s and now comes with a centre diff and upgraded chassis. Haven't used it yet still sitting in the box.

Is that a stock chassis on the hpi and is it 7075? Nice rigs and run i can't wait to get my system for my new TLR Typhon but have my eye on the Keaton or the outcast who knows might get both they seem to be a decent rig!

Hey mate thanks for watching Yea the hpi is mostly all stock ... its definitely not 7075 on the chassis ..... kraton and outcast are awesome fun 🔥🤘🏻

How does the Kraton compare to the HPI Vorza S? I have the 4s Kraton v2, but looking to get the HPI Vorza s. I looks more planted and seems to drive better on power. Love to hear your thoughts

Hey mate, the vorza s truggy is a total beast ... unfortunately i can not compare it against the kraton 4s because i sold it off ...

Does the HPI really have a problem with the hex size? as it's small? because am really confused about which one to choose to buy from these 2.

You can get the upgraded hex adapters for the trophy truggy ... or my advice is save your money and buy the new Hpi Vorza S Truggy Flux

@@kaosr.c The Vorza S is more expensive, is the HPI hex adapters, are bigger than the stock? So which one is more handle and durable in your POF, the HPI ? or The ARRMA?

Have a question for you please ! Just bought this truck plugged in 2 2s lipos an one of the battery connectors started to smoke , now the esc won't turn on an batt smells burnt any help appreciated total newb here ..thanks again

Sucks about the HPI break, it rips pretty good for what it is. I prefer a center diff as well but the Kraton clearly takes it. Really strong 4s runner. Reminds me of the Maxx V1 and V2. Great run and great fun!

They both are really fun and the hpi may not be a strong rc but i love taking it out for a burn ... easy fix too so not bothered .... the kraton is a little savage and for the bashing i do its tough ... thanks for watching man 🤘🏻

Is Vorza much better than Trophy? I like the look of Trophy much more. The price difference is not that big.

Imo yea the new vorza is a lot more durable, i do love the trophy also , i did a video of both

Kraton killed it and left it for dead ...... i still enjoy driving the hpi but it has its limits
