i am 21 years old muje ye puchna hai ki what is the difference between IAS and HAS if m agar HAS ka exam du to kya DM bnn sakta hu ya fir uske liye UPSC IAS He dena padega..?

Bruh u can become dm by hpas too provided u are selected in age b/w 21 25 and in upsc cse if ur a general Guy it will also take time to be dm as u will start by sdm post there too
