70marks means 50prcnt of personality test....please describe ds in detail..ye marks kese milege during interview subject related knowledge ...ya kisi ki job profile k according...or job bhi private or govt....

This is for Govt. Job only Expert member will ask questions on Subjects related to post. For example questions from History for job of History lecturer. The Grade given by him to you will have highest weightage of 50%. This grade will decide half of your marks in personality test. Prepare well for the main subjects related to the notified job, then you will be able to score maximum in this part of Personality Test.

Sir the post for tehsil welfare officer and executive officer which were filled in the month of March will these new rules apply to those exams or this year those exams will be conducted in the same previous way ?

Sir, These exam will be conducted in the same way as advertised. These rules are for new notifications.

Which posts shall be covered under this new amendment.....kindly clear. Becoz in cetain posts graduation is minimum criteria....so in pt how they access subject knowledge related to department for which Post to be filled in which technical expert take interview....

It will be clearly mentioned in the respective notification of the post that this recruitment will be conducted as per 2018 (amended) rules. Many things will still remain unclear until a complete recruitment under new rules actually takes place. The information provided in official document does not mention any names of exams it only says applicable for those posts for which there exists no recruitment procedure.

Then we must assume that it will be given in notification. Also in the document issued by the commission, the method of conversion of interview grades into marks is not defined. The document released is either incomplete or it is released in a haste.... We will get more clarity when an exam would actually get conducted under these rules......

Ji isi rule se hogi agar notification 20 May 2020 ke baad aayi hai. Yeh baat Notification mein mentioned hogi. Esa likha hoga Recruitment Procedure as per 2018 (Amended) Rules.

Yaa but m asking that is traffic manager exam which already have been conducted old rule applicable to that post. I mean if we qualify sat with minimum marks they displayed there all who have got those minimum marks are eligible for interview or is there it will be according to sat exams merit ?

They will not get experience marks. If they have higher education like Masters degree or above for a job requiring graduation only, then they will get marks of higher education. Rest of personality test will be same for an employed person and an unemployed person.

@@HPGeneralStudies excuse me sir but is this an intelligible differentia ?? Suppose I'm a fresh passout graduate ,will this serve as a deterrent for my exam ? In this era of high unemployment ( highest in 45 years 6.1 ) how can someone be penalised for not being an employee ??

Well Sir there is a rational nexus to this intelligible differentia. More suitable candidate for the job will always get preference and in this case commission has defined related job experience and higher education as criteria for the same. You can focus on getting more marks in SAT and other areas of Personality test. Nobody is going to get 14/14 marks and if somebody do these 14 marks which is equal to 10% of PT, will convert to 10×0.35=3.5 marks in final merit. You can easily compensate these marks in SAT performance or other areas of Personality test.

Sir if I am a naib tehsildar since 2 years in h.p and I want to be be an h.a.s and I appear for the exam ...I certainly have more experience and better equipped than upcoming fresh candidates so will that be a reasonable restriction for others not to get selected ?? As we all know it doesn't matter who I am I'll be treated as equal to all others and no special favours will be given and I'll have to pass the exam in the same way as is written in the notification ..there is no infringment of my right under article 16 ....Please clarify sir thanku

Sir please solve one doubt sir I know my question is stupid but please sir .....in hp allied services it is written and I quote "for each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty ...so it means if one question is marked wrong which carries 2 marks 0.25 marks will be deducted right ? is the marking scheme of the above paper the same or is it that for every wrong question which carries 2 marks 0.50 marks will be deducted ...please help me sir I will be greatly obliged ..thanku !!!!

In Subordinate Allied Services 200 questions are asked and each question is of 1 mark, so negative will be 0.25. These rules are not applicable for Allied exam.
