Thank you sir for this video! I have a question. They have a list of all of the cars that they support. Can you tune vehicles that aren’t on that list or are they locked out

Not totally sure, But I would think if you have the universal License you can try and see it will open up the ECM categories. I don't know were they made the cutoff, Meaning OBD1 or pre ODB. I don't want you to waste your $$$ on the universal License. But it might be the only way to see if it will work for situation. Hope that helps.

@@r2swift404 yeah it’s dlc3 (obd2) but they have no Lexus and limited Toyota on the compatible list. I didn’t know you’ve run into that were it’s not in there list

I haven't. I reached to a buddy and asked him, He said It will not work for Lexus or for Toyota that hasn't been coded by HP

@@r2swift404 so I've resynced device multiple times, 2 different laptops tried, different cables, I have good internet at the car, I've sent them the debug file and the info file and even they are stumped.

It helped but it didn’t help at the same time could you do one where you walk it through like click this and this I got the winzip app but can’t unzip and it’s still won’t connect to my interface and also this is a Samsung windows 8 computer I’m doing it on

I was able to unzip and install the drivers but it still doesn't show the interface is connected. In my device manager it sats The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. Hope the email to tech support helps me.
