Jay Chau's song are difficult to sing. But very very good effort by Shila. Very expressive. Incredible control of vocal. I personally felt Shila will go very very far in this industry. After listening to Jay Chou's MTV version, I think that Shila actually expressed and performed the song much better. Let alone this is a live performance. The short-hair female Chinese singer immediately complemented her voice to be very "clean" after the performance. That's huge! For those who critiqued her "Z", "S", "J", let's be clear that it's very hard to find the balance between annunciating the consonants clearly and being easy on audiences' ears. We know that when we go to Karaoke, don't we! So, after all, very impressive indeed. My concern is that the Chinese audience is very picky, and maybe asking for more for the next episode. I read somewhere she will be singing an English song next .....Ooops, not telling you what it is though....:)
