Jim! I love watching you black series videos. I’m purchasing a 2021 HQ17 and the specs on the website now show for 2024 models. Can you list the specific specs of the 2021 HQ17? In particular the dry weight, gvwr, and tongue weight? It looks like the tank sizes also changed since newer models came out.

Az is loaded with great parks, off-road trails. Jeeps are a big deal. If the smaller trailers were solids roofs, with snow load capacity; new 4xe is 3500 load capacity; undercarriage is awesome. Saw a used 17 today. Fell in love.

I enjoyed this video. However, like a few other subscribers I am over 6-feet tall (6'5") - and the HQ17 having an internal height of 6'3" (or 6' at the air conditioner) would make it uncomfortable to move around. Are the U.S. dealers able to customize a BlackSeries travel trailer to raise the ceiling 6-inches so that I don't have to duck all the time?

I think Black Series has a huge opportunity to satisfy a growing need in the US. But, in the US certain vendors have made their name when it comes to accessories. Black series looks premium (and are priced as such!). But.... IMO for that price I wouldn't want to tear out no name parts for better parts. My Point, and honestly the main reason why i have not taken Black Series serious with my dollars. Dump Aims for Victron, put a real Battery Monitor Gauge like a Victron. Dump the 4 AGMs and put 2 battle borns. Replace the shocks with Fox or Billstein. Now IMO, do this and you have merged Australian's incredible heritage and experience in caravans, US jobs in California, and hands down the best technology in off grid prowess and you eliminate the rants about Black Series burning up their shocks in a year or two.

Hate the kitchen it’s cheap why aren’t you guys using the same nice kitchen on the Hq 19 instead of cheap garbage ? Also Truma makes a on demand hot water and you can use for heat definitely some cheap crap being used
