Also wrote down all the jobs I've had and highlighted the qualities that transfer over to HR Asst. I was happy when they asked, "What does confidentiality mean to you?" 25 hours later, I was offered the position. I have zero experience working in HR too.

@@TheFairlyOddCouple I didn’t get THAT job, but I did end up getting an interview for and eventually HIRED FOR my ACTUAL dream job... and then my stupid ass put some stupid stuff out on the internet and people of significant importance to the company found it and it cost me that dream job. But her questions did end up getting me that job so I still have her to thank for it! 😂😭

That's not a particularly clear question. The 'Give the 3 mains topics with justification' is irrelevant to the first part of the question. The first part of the question I would answer like this: "I would apply the notion of confidentiality by following all organisational policies, procedures and protocol and I would ensure that only information and data was shared in applicable situations and circumstances with people whom are permitted to access it."

So you wouldn't speak with the HR Manager about the allegations someone has made about another member of staff's inappropriate comments to forewarn of a potential issue that might be brewing. I find that bizarre. I would certainly keep the HR manager or HR Advisors in the loop of what has been said. Of course not discuss it with anyone outside of the HR department. I think you could be questioned on that answer. But hey, they might buy it.
