What I find amazing and captivating is how he makes the Gurdy wail and screech and detune just like his voice does. The Lo-Fi audio from his little amp just completes the sound. Goosebumps and tears every time I listen to this. This is mastery. I love it.

I saw him today morning live, bought his CD and had a little talk with him. He's as nice a gentleman as a talented musician and I recommend to those who visit Prague to look for him near the Astronomical Clock and listen carefully to his art - his CD can perfectly make a very original gift or souvenir from Prague - And Towllie84, I'm a "mademoiselle" and in spite of Jiri Wehler's great talent, sparkling blue eyes, and undeniable gentleness, I kept my pants dry, lol!

Lyrics are haunting. Seems to be about the love of an old knight for his woman and even through death he still could not reach her. Rose blossoms above the castle bloody, bloody, sun there tediously outgoings, outgoings. A roaring bells in one radiance into the distance, into the distance, for how could someone evening cried, they cried. Large black cross coffin floats, floats, and he sleeps Kralka poor the shroud, the shroud. A knight rides, perhaps grave alone overpower, overwhelm, but he reached her from afar can not, can not. Flower rose after castle trickled, trickled, Kralka very young and forever asleep, asleep.

+Scott Eschenburg that word in last part, Kralka, refers to female version of Kral-king, so it could be queen or princess. Good work.

Gloronthor, the name of the song is Západ; I think that it means "west", but maybe a full-Czech (I'm only half-Czech and I don't speak the language) can give you a more accurate translation. This song is in my CD. I have no idea of how to upload it but I will ask a friend to help me. This music makes me feel nostalgic of the great time I spent in the Czech. Rep. I hope the country will very soon recover from the recent flood. Go Czechs!
