Hello Junaid. Love your content. But this interview seemed more like a lip service and self promotion rather than helping someone find their job. She missed all critical questions and answered some with "it's a personal choice". Please share structured questions with people in the industry and be mindful that they come prepared. I'm not even HR but could have answered most of these questions better for someone new in the market. Critical questions that were missed: 1) why is it that HR in Pakistan do not post job salaries on job hunting websites when it's the standard for the industry all over the world? Because that is bottom line for most people 2) Is there a way to arbitrate in a any court in Pakistan if a company has not followed the contract agreement signed with you. 3) What needs to be added in labor law that you feel is missing. How can labor laws be improved 4) She had speciality in finance, HR and marketing. Key question on how to portray multiple skills during interview were missed. 5) Question on labour unions and future of labour unions missed. 6) Questions for someone looking to switch their industry. For someone in mid-senior level, I did pick up few things from it but I hope to see more substance. As always, your content is always superb and more power to you. Love you bro.

I learned so much from this conversation about the common challenges we all face in life and how to overcome them. Please keep inviting more experts like this one who can share their valuable insights with the Pakistani youth. We need more of this kind of content! 👏👏👏 A great tip for the salary expectation question is to practice your negotiation skills with the recruiter. Don’t just accept the first offer they give you, but try to find a win-win situation that works for both of you. Negotiation is an art that can help you get the best deal possible.

This will be informative for those who are seeking a job or wanting to know how HR thinks. Believe me two things work for you: 1- Luck 2- Experience If you're lucky, you can be called from any huge organization but if you sucks, you will be applying all-time though the organizations is small. Second, experience shows how much work you have done in your life and how strong you're doing this but the condition is you should be working from a beginning like after intermediate and then when you'll reach at 25 or beyond, you'll have many to explain. For C.V, exactly there is no perfect format. The perfect is how much relevant information is present and where have you sent it to a relevant department or an organization. Mostly people mistake in this part and hence they suffer.

Being a scientist and recruiter in my institute, I think especially Pakistani candidates lack in the same qualities (such as presenting their professional features through CVs, through interviews etc) which you highlighted in this podcast. I thoroughly enjoyed your interview with Sanaa, who possesses a deep understanding of resume structuring and content.
