Excellent video Robert, thank you for taking the time to put this together. It just saved me breaking my HR92 (which is what normally happens when I try to disassemble things without instructions).

Robert, thank you, a very valuable guide to disassembly. I now have two HR92UK valves that are faulty. Both are reading high temperature one is stuck at 35.5 and the other at 34.5. They are therefore useless but I may have a look to see if there is a discrete sensor on the board that could be replaced. I have been very impressed with these up to now but two failures at £100 each (in Ireland) in the space of a few weeks is a pain. Bill

Excellent video - thanks for posting - I had spent some time working this out and arrived at the same conclusion. Have you by any chance had any luck getting the actual motor out of the main assembly? Reason I ask is I want to get to the bottom battery brackets to clean them due to a leaking battery, I am struggling to work out how to do that final bit.

Hi, ah good question, I've had corosion on a battery terminal too, but fortunately it was the top one. No, I've not disassembled that far though, sorry! Hope you get it sorted.

I am about to disassemble a HR92UK the contacts are OK so if I fail to fix my fault and you fail to clean effectively as once the chrome is breached they are never quite right!. I might have a spare set for you! Bill.
