Hrist and Mist are Valkyries mentioned in the poem Grímnismál, where Odin is being held captive and tortured by a king. The king’s son, Agnar, brings him a drink, so Odin rewards him by going on a long rant about the places where the gods live and Yggdrasil. And at one point he says “Hrist and Mist I wish they were here to bring me the drinking horn”. Hrist means “Quake” or “Tremor” , while Mist means exactly what it looks like, Mist.

Odin's ost is a massive disappointment. You can tell that that fight is totally rushed to the bone. They wasted a lot of resource for that ironwood crap.
