HRT ARC Belt Assembly Instructions

Just got my belt in for an upcoming run and gun. The adjustments are a little overwhelming. Looking forward to playing with the belt soon.

It's not too bad once you know how to do it, but how many time do you typically reconfigure a belt. Not many.

Love the belt, but a rear sleeve included for more velcro area at the back would be great. Also, could you make a direct screw-in holster adapter like the Blue Force Gear CHLK holster adapter? I mean they can't patent a $20 plastic plate with screws, and the idea is really neat. Much more comfortable than the horrible Safariland UBL and the True North adapter plate.

Stumbled across this. The sleeve over the Tegris is a great idea. Fixes the GBRS belt issues with the NV glow n still uses the Tegris. Edit- well it fixes half of it I guess.

I bought this belt maybe 3-4 months ago, found out that the tegris core was too small for my waist. In this video ans was stated true that i can just buy the tegris core. As i just found out my actual belt size and went to HRT to purchase the tegris core alone, the option is not avalible, id have to buy the entire belt system which i do not want to. I do have other things in the cart as well mostly to upgrade the inner belt with the g hooks and the Australian belt buckle. With the arc belt system if i want the stand alone tegris core do i have to go through your warranty to get the proper size or due to how things are currently the option is not avalible in order to have the arc belt system more available. Please let me know if i could buy the tegris core alone like mentioned in the video or have to go through warranty.

I’m looking at getting this and the under belt. I haven’t sized myself but I typically wear a 31 pant and most of my duty belts measure around 36. Should I size up or down for the inner belt?

Measure your waist as we do not go off of pant size as they widely vary.

@@HRTTacticalGear i would offer that it isn't so much the esthetic but for feeling that the belt is secured in place with the velcro inner belt without the need to use keepers. Especially for running something bulkier such as an ifak.

What kind of jack wagen doesn't include a decent buckle with the belt. Instead, if you want something secure, you gotta buy a separate buckle!? That's like going to buy a car, and the steering wheel and tires are not included.

The g hook is pretty well secured and it’s pretty tight on the belt. I have an agilite mag pouch the triple rifle mag pouches from them and they use the g hooks. I tried on my carrier and it’s a super tight fit not going anywhere. Also less of a chance of the buckle coming undone on top of that. How rare is that, I don’t know but it’s something that can happen but probably won’t Also I do have an HRT arc belt as well just that well I need to set it up. I like the g hooks because of how slim it is and appears to not pinch your gut if you are in prone, driving in a car, even kneeling. I guess it’s personal preference when it comes to buckle

You have to remember that you are wearing the inner belt which takes the load also. Granted it uses also a g-hook.
