I just have to say of all the Chinese players Shi Yu Qi is such an adorable person. He's so personable, and loveable. I love watching him and I must say I've never cheered for a Chinese player as much as him. 🙂

He has improved alot. he has improved his all shot and game mind!.WOW
yes, SYQ is a very talent player, he can defeat all other opponent players but he paid the price for not managing well his body and mental health. Hope he can do better and improve his stamina in new year. Look forward to more plays from him

It’s only depend what score margin SYQ wants to win as world #1. The only issue for him is stamina. Wow! this is first time ever Chinese spectators booed foreign player. I think may be cause of controversial call at the service judge at the game with LSF.
@Ma-w5xАй бұрын
Honestly this croud made it not as fun to watch the game. I understand they were mad at Antonsen but the boos for the whole tournament were a bit much. He was never rude to the players in or out of court. Gratz Shi Yu Qi, amazing display of a world #1
@typingthis3025 күн бұрын
Yes he was, were you watching the games with LSF, LZJ and CTC? Delaying, throwing tantrums, unsportsmanlike conduct, retrieving shuttles a step away from CTC. behave yourself.

52:41 not sure exactly, was there fault?
@3232groundhog29 күн бұрын
Yes, Antonsen's racquet was over the net (on Shi Yu Qi's side of the court) when he played what would've otherwise been the winner. It is quite clear on the replay but not so easy to see in real time, so well done the umpire for calling that one right. This type of fault is one of the hardest to spot/get right and the one that''s often disputed by the players.
@5CorbenD29 күн бұрын
@@3232groundhog I've made screenshots, and freeze frames, none of them show the racket moving to the opponent's side.
