HSCT for MS Vlog #20 - Leaving!!! (part 1)

Treatment vlog, as I underwent HSCT for MS on the NHS, at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth (October 2019)
I'm finally going home! Well, almost - it turns out that getting ready to leave an isolation bubble after 2 weeks is both exhausting, and takes a bloody age...

Yay!! Being able to relax in your own space is such a beautiful feeling compared to a hospital bed with those beeps and nurse visits! I hope you have great success with this treatment! I just switched from ocrevus to lemtrada, that was a rough go and makes me question ever having to do hsct but your videos make it's seem manageable! Thank you so much for sharing your experience

Thank you so much, Jilian! I never did Ocrevus, but did do Lemtrada x3. In a lot of ways, I remember being more run down afterwards (but that may be because I was a home trying to be 'normal' - with HSCT the isolation bubble is genuinely a great way to reduce life stress!). It's really good you're doing research. But I shall keep my fingers crossed that Lemtrada works for you! :-)
