@@alexisgareth I used prescription and cards for HSK1, some video in internet also for HSK1 (with words) and audiocours of Pimsluer. This exam is really easy (you just need to know about 150 basic words). I mean HSK1, they say that HSK3 or 4 is relatively hard, but I haven't try yet

@@SuperRienzi do we have to learn the kanji characters for hsk 1 or pinyin is enough
@SuperRienzi Жыл бұрын
@gungunsrivastava6334 the question is what for you need HSK1??? To me HSK certificate lower then HSK4 has no any sense. As far as I know to pass HSK1 you don't really need to know ANYTHING because this exam is super primitive. However, if says about learning Chinese in general, in my belive learning characters from the first lessons is the MUST. Pinyin in China use only in books for kindergarten kids, maybe firsts grades of school. I advise to use Pinyin as less as possible. Focusing on Pinyin can became very bad habbit (I personally know some examples of victims of this habbit)

It 's very tricky. I fell confuse to, but the picture is maybe 'good job' rather than 'no worry'. But yeah not really sure.

How come the 块 is pronounced like "kuar" and not kuai? Is that the beijing accent? If so, why isn't it written 一块儿苹果。? Thank you!

when i started a practice audio, it all starts in Chinese, and i did not know when the test was actually starting, is that how it is in the test? Once I was lost I had no idea where it was up to, does the test say in English section 1 and 2, or do they say the whole thing in mandarin??

My God this would be sooooooo brilliant if only the pronounciation was spot on. Most of it is but in each sentence, there is always a word that is not pronounced properly. Therefore if you just listen to the words without the pictures you will not know exactly what is said. For example in no. 1 - a piece of apple - couldn't understand the word "quai" for "piece". It sounded as if there was an "r" at the end. However, it was easy to match it to the picture because apple was clear. Miss opportunity but thanks.

Kuai * but yeah, agreed.

This is because you have learned the Southern accent of Chinese Mandarin spoken in most parts of the world, this test is the official mandarin of Northern China, specifically, the Beijing accent, which is one of the two main languages of China as a whole (Cantonese [Hong Kong] being the other one). The accents are not radically different and can be understood well by Americans. Just think of the R sound as like conjugation in English. For example, Na Li [哪里] becomes Na(r) [那].

I still don't master HSK 1. I saw this video of a girl who studied Mandarin at school for 3 years. Then she went to China for two weeks and learned material worth a year at school. We should meet Mandarin speaking people. (Chinese take-out?) I was warned though that Chinese people in general are too polite to correct you by themselves. So you have to ask for this.

another audio related question, when it says a time (dian) do they trick you by saying the wrong time? So you need to review the time and ensure it is correct? I just heard a practice test and I dont think the time matched the time he said, it was a little hard to understand.
