I agree 100% with this! Phones are amazing for learning and for many other aspects of life. However, there is so much damage done to society from the bad side of them. Children are practically being raised by them and the elderly feel left behind by them. 3:33 so it wasn't really about the apps, it was the people and the work culture. i would suggest you getting a separate phone/laptop used for work only and switching it off (or turning off notifications) completely after work. we need to set boundaries that way; otherwise, we will end up wasting too much time, effort and mental energy on things that don't really benefit us in the long term

最近我也意识到那样的问题。现在每个APP都有广告或会员。太麻烦了。我专业跟管理生意有关的，所以我读大学的时候也学服务化是一个挣钱的方法。但是现在大家都要那样做生意。结果好像是所有公司都要骗你。你没有什么，什么都是租的。 我今天想继续写我论文的时候打开word就看我的会员到期了，又要付一次，才能继续写;_;
