Nice! Glad to see you guys are enjoying all aspects of this hobby! Most people wont even bat an eye at nitros now days. Nitros are personally my favorite! Just cant get over the sound and smell! Dont get discouraged by them as there are finicky. Cant wait for the track!

Haha, yeah, they are a lot of fun. Can't wait to rip the track!! Appreciate the comment.

the hsp is not bad at all. You can find the two-speed gearbox and chassis for a great speed runs...but guys no brake-in ...the engines are trashed ...congraz

You guys should try lowering the preload on the shocks it it is too tippy. But the tired are pretty narrow. I have one of these on the way can't wait to rip it! So glad you guys beat your 1k sub goal I have been a sub since 300!

Those are screamers.. The red one might still be a tad rich, but you want that on a new motor for a couple tanks. It will break loose real soon and you can tweak it more. For narrow tires and wet tall grass, they looked like they can conquer that hill fairly well.
@BMPowered4 жыл бұрын
They did awesome!! We didn't get it on video, but the red one did break loose and hit 37 mph!! May even get faster.

Hey, Speedtest 33 - 35 mph , the Same as the Red Rovan with 29ccm Motor. I Love Nitro too, but a baja is more fun... the sound... the Performance... Greetings to you
@BMPowered3 жыл бұрын
Yeah the speed was similar with the 8th scale as the 5th baja. It seemed faster though since the nitros are a smaller scale. those nitros scream but can be a pain at times.. we like the 5th scales better :) Thanks for the comments and support.. How is everything in your neck of the woods?

Hi, That's great vdo. Thanks for inspiration. I have ordered one too :) Can't wait to test it and run. It will be my first nitro rc after many many electrics. Was it easy to breakin? What fuel % nitro did you use? Anything I should check "before flight"? Regards, Mat
@BMPowered4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Glad we inspired you, that's awesome.. We were running 20 percent because I couldn't find any 30 percent locally. 30 percent will make it run faster..kind of like a 2s lipo for 20 percent fuel and 3s lipo 30 percent fuel for comparison. With mine, I didn't adjust any needles off the gate, make sure the glow plug isn't too tight, check for loose screws, loose wheel nuts, new receiver batteries. Don't leave the glow plug on too long or it can burn it out faster. Go thru a break in, make sure it smokes. Yes it was easy to break in. Waiting to run full speed was the hard part. lol.. We noticed Daniel's car got faster near the end of the day, when we ran them. There are a few good break in tutorial videos online too. Have fun and let us know what you think of nitro..Also, check out our other videos. Check out the 5th scale gasser unboxings, reviews and running vids.. Soon you will want a 5th scale. lol..

It says 2 Speed, but i am not hearing them shift
@BMPowered4 жыл бұрын
Same here. We didn't either. Watch our unboxing video on these, I even mention that I don't think it's 2speed as there is only 1 gear off the motor..

no problem!. What kind of metal detector do you run? I have an older Whites XLT and Tesoro Silver Saber Umax. unfortunately both companies closed, Whites sold out to Garrett..

Are you using the remote control it came with for the red car and I’m curious what’s the range for the remote it comes with?
@BMPowered4 жыл бұрын
Yes. The furthest we ran was about 150 yards away and it responded great. So far, no concerns with the remote.

I've tried small ones from Blade series from Horizon Hobby. I am not that great. Now the cheap coaxial ones are easy and so is our DJI Mavic Air2. I have tinkered with the idea of building a 450 size electric, but haven't gotten that far. I'll need to design a trainer stand or use wood or aluminum rods and Styrofoam balls as a crash crutch. I have flown planes and have probably 10 or so. We may bring them on the channel in the spring. Thanks for the suggestion! Oh, how is the break in going with your HSP?

You can find them here: www.banggood.com/custlink/vGKdHNI1jn . That is what we paid for them. If they're in stock in the US, then it takes a week or so.
