I dont know. But it should be 15x. And I think it's easy to achieve with Tingyun.

@@Dohovi189 current my only eagle chest i have is a cdmg one and it makes my tingyun 160 speed sharp (7 speed), but legit blocks me from the damage threshold to 0 cycle first phase let alone try second phase. So im seeing if a no speed sub atk chest can still do it.
