upgraded technology is appreciated and welcomed.. But Ab tak ye plate koi bhi bana sakta tha.. Sheher me 5-10 chote mote self employed painter the.. But ab 30-40 Caror vehicles ki plate replacement ke loye govt badi companies ko hi plate bnane ke orders degi...? Matlab 12000 to 15000 Cr ka fayda selected Pvt companies ko di jaygi..?

Normal Locks, number plates and other general purpose security devices are just targeted at the good guys. A thief will easy hack through that. I believe this is bad because it gives people false sense of security.

I think it was there in Rajasthan from last 5-6 years. I don't know it's there now or not but when I bought my bike I got this no. plate from RTO itself 5 years back.

Im working in comand control center in gujarat state's VISWAS project. this hsrp number plate is easy to read for AI and software can easily identify those numbers which written over that plat. And this hsrp also readable in very law light and that's most common reason for hsrp compulsory.

option-C (Both 1 and 2 ) *But unfortunately we can't reduce the number of fatalities and serious injuries to 50% by 2020. *Now in STOCKHOLM DECLARATION ON ROAD SAFETY (2020) Nitin gadkari had told that we are now working on 4 'E's i.e.EDUCATION , ENGINEERING, ENFORCEMENT, EMERGENCY CARE etc and now we aim to reduce the number of fatalities and serious injuries to 50% by 2030.
