राजस्थान में 1 अप्रैल 2019 से पहले खरीदे गए वाहनों को हाई सिक्योरिटी नम्बर प्लेट लगवानी अनिवार्य कर दी गई है। साथ ही सभी वाहनों पर कलर कोडेड स्टीकर लगवाना भी जरूरी है। सरकार ने हाल ही में एचएसआरपी को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए हैं। परिवहन विभाग ने 1 अप्रेल 2019 से पूर्व पंजीकृत वाहनों पर कलर कोडेड स्टीकर सहित लगाने की प्रक्रिया और समय सीमा निर्धारित की है। जानकारी के मुताबिक ऐसे वाहनों की संख्या राजस्थान में करीब 60 लाख है. ऐसे वाहन मालिकों को 30 जून 2024 तक अपने वाहनों पर HSRP लगाने के आदेश दिए गए हैं. निर्धारित अवधि तक एचएसआरपी नहीं बनवाने पर संबंधित वाहनों के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
