ironshark123 yes 2nd SIM card is inserted into the SD card's place in tray, 2nd SIM card and SD card cannot be used at a time.

If you are with sprint you can't get the update I switched to Verizon and I got the update the same day on my Us spec unlocked HTC u11.

picture in picture function doesn't work on mine. i heard it only works for youtube red accounts? but it also isn't working for any other apps. if i am in google maps or whatsapp and i press the home button it just closes it, even though in the settings it says it is enabled

+Robert Hardy yes, you need KZbin Red for PiP to work. For maps, you have to start your journey and then press home. It works for me.

I lost my data when I upgraded to Oreo on 12/24. I was At+T for an hour last week, they couldn't figure it out.

Chaks Corner all the apps that are supported, chrome, KZbin, gmaps, etc. Every app on the pip list

For KZbin you need RED subscription. For Google Maps you need to start the route - did you try that way? Otherwise not sure what’s going on. Did you also check in the settings of that app to see if it’s enabled?

+Thallu Lalappan I am not a fan either. HTC doesn't have the icon shapes which is available in Pixel Launchers. That could have helped here!

Same. I was able to switch my icons back to how they were in Themes under Icons. It changed all of them except the Google apps.

I have not seen a significant difference with the Oreo update but it really depends on how far you are pushing it.
