There is nothing much gonna happen by visiting Manipur which is currently in chaos and a grooming place for militants. Moreover there could be a threat to our PM visiting this place either from 1) foreign elements -- they want India to fail (Pak and China), or break ties with Russia (the West/US), or 2) the internal elements -- you know who, very recently TN BSP Chief got killed but the PM is different, I agree, nevertheless they may scale up their capacity to do whatsoever to grab the power or try blocking any progress by creating hardships to the ruling party. I am guessing, that's why TN BJP chief Annamalai is leaving TN (India) temporarily for higher studies in London. First the center will ensure necessary steps are taken to eliminate arms supply to these mafia gangs in Manipur, then they will start squeezing their network and finally an opportunity to come to the discussion table to end the crisis and bring normalcy to the region. There may be surprising reservation quotas too for both the Meitei and the Kuki communities.
