Similarly, no ships left the port, and the autoowners of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania had to move without GPS navigators. It is obvious that Russia has a huge advantage over the West in radio electronic warfare. In the event of military action, all high-tech equipment and weapons of Western countries will be blinded and disoriented, and turned into unnecessary scrap metal. What is the use of these ships, aircraft and armored vehicles, which will turn out to be simple hardware a flat-iron without communication... simple hardware without communication.
