I have a question: When I try to add a GIF, I set the table width to 600 but Outlook Microsoft 10 for whatever reason changes it to the default (I think it is 800px), and then everything looks out of place, I tried fixing it with vml but won't do anything, do you know how I can fix that?

If you're using a gif or an image as a background then it should be the exact same width as the template. If it's simply a 100% width image of gif then it can scale down to fit the width of the template.
