Hiya mate thanks for this video, can I ask which package you are using in this video? It says on the website that the 'Pro' package has HTML editing included so I'm a little confused! Can you edit but not make your own HTML emails? Thanks!

Video was recorded using Monday CRM, I can't remember if it was CRM Pro or Enterprise (I have access to multiple accounts) but HTML functionality is the same in either. These plans do include HTML editing but by that they mean literally pasting HTML code into the email. There is not HTML email builder/preview like you would get in say Mailchimp etc, you have to create your email design in another tool that allows you to copy the HTML (there are free apps you can use) and then paste the HTML code into Monday. And keep in mind that if you want to sent an HTML email to multiple recipients and you want to personalise it (eg mention their name in the HTML email), you would need to create the HTML code for each email one by one and paste them in. Also ,keep in mind that HTML emails are not great for deliverability and also are generally read less because they look like a newsletter or marketing email. (Which they usually are). Honestly, if you can get your message across in a plain text email, plain text for the win I reckon.
