咁大鑊油去走油,家庭根本不可能做到,淨係油嘅成本都要幾十蚊,莫論其他喇。 而且,炒完蟹,個廚房搵你清潔都得囉。 所以,呢個薑蔥炒蟹只能喺外面至食到。

THE last red crab order is the best,,, but still the chef dropped a scoop of soup into the WOK and flip the crab with the green vegies,,, chef is a chef,, they have their own techniques,,, However,, in my point of view,,, more fluid mix with the food will adversely affect the aroma of such stir fried /culinary style,, I don't recommend adding excessive amount of fluid whenever doing stir fried,,,
