I like this dish very much and I know how to make it, but my Mongolian friends used to add cabbage to it instead of paprika. I also like Mongolian tea with milk, salt and special butter. And a Mongolian tea soup with milk, cooked on mutton and tiny dumplings with mutton. I can make it too. I think the Mongolian language is beautiful, I used to speak a bit of Mongolian and I was praised for having a very good pronunciation. I really regret that I have never been and will not be in Mongolia, it is a beautiful country full of fantastic people.
