Thiscwas fun to watch you. Hua Hua continues to surprise even Martians who have been following him for a long time. This was an awesome duet. Hua Chenyu is brilliant in rearranging songs and also in composing songs. I like artistic performances like that. Hello, thank you so much for the reaction to my favorite duet. This is a program where Hua Chenyu was a mentor and Ma Lu was an amateur singer with a beautiful voice. What HuaHua has done here and in other programs of the same genre is to make new arrangements of the songs so that they are completely different from the originals. He always surprises us because we never know what he will do next. He is a master of composition, rearrangements, harmonies and surprises. For me this would be the battle between a crow (Ma Lu dressed in black) and a dove (Hua Chenyu dressed in white) but I have to believe the critics' opinion 😊😊 I'm just sure that HuaHua is a complete artist . Lastly, you can pronounce the artist's name by saying "watching you", the pronunciation is similar. However, the Chinese industry and the Martians (fans) call it HuaHua (Flower) . You can try to pronouce his name like " Watching you". With h sound in the beginning (like the h in house). With Watching you you are pretty close. Hua Chenyu was one of the mentor singers in this show. So yes, in this song he is mainly supporting Ma Lu. Hua Chenyu always rearranged the songs in a way to let his contestants shine. 😊 Maybe you could check out some of his amazing Mars concert performances with his own compositions too. Hua Hua is amazing. He will surprise you a lot of times.

He injured himself with that final scream. It was a bit like George Orwell's 1984, where the people are told what to think, and see-through walls so you can have no secrets behind your walls/in your mind. A stunning duet. He has a duet with Geng Sihan called "Insignificance" on this show, where Hua Hua is again the Mentor and Geng Sihan is the Contestant. Hua Hua often sings higher notes than female singers, flipping the "norm".

You are right, he is supporting here in this song. It is also from The Next show a collaboration between professional and amateur singers. He rearranges the songs to fit the style of the amateur singer he is collaborating with. He does another one with Su Shiding (they did Nanping Evening Bell together) in a musical theater style, because that is the style Su Shiding loves. Unfortunately, Hua Chenyu and Ma Lu only did this collaboration, because the lost the challenge.
