I was there! I was there having a conversation with Hua Chenyu! It was a very special experience and feeling. He invited Martians of different ages to collaborate on this song. Before the concert, he released the music video of this song along with behind-the-scenes footage. We immediately practiced and learned the song because we knew that we would be singing it together with Hua during the concert. It meant a lot to us! Many people around me were crying and singing at the same time. You're right, this is a soul-stirring song! I'm glad to see your reaction and sharing. You are also a sensitive person!

When he auditioned for Super Boy in 2013, he described his musical style as Martian-like, and the name stuck for him and his fans - he has said he doesn't feel like he belongs on Earth, and his fans often identify with that feeling - and now he calls his concerts "Mars" and always welcomes everyone home. It's a gathering of like souls for them all.

Hua Hua and a group of fans wrote this as a collaboration. He released it before those Concerts so fans could learn their side of the conversation. Added info.. The reason he is wearing a hat is that fans complained they could not get tickets for his Concerts. He said it was easy, then... failed to get an online ticket for his own Concert. 😂 Next thing, he put up a photo of himself with shaved head, as a self imposed Forfeit. You should watch his Broadway style "Perhaps Love" with Su Shiding. You will love her voice. And he surprised fans with what he did to help her win the Competition. 😯😍 Something he is not really comfortable doing.
