Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed my reaction to Hua Chenyu and thank you for calling it sincere! Yes he definitely did sing with his heart and soul! And I had no idea he weathered stormy path for 10 years to be what he is today! Until now that is! And I'm sorry for the late reply I've just been really busy these last couple of days!

@@TheRedDevilYTOfficial Hi, so kind of you to take time to reply. It's not easy to be in show business, all talented Artists had their fair share of unreasonable ill treatments. Luckily Hua has Martians' (fans)solid support, otherwise he had already jumped from his balcony.

Great reaction. You've only touched a small hint of his vast talent. If you follow his Singer 2018 series as suggested in the comment, it will give you a great start of his talent. Every performance from years before and after will show his growth and various styles that are not mainstream and creatively unique. Please keep discovering more of him.

Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed my first ever reaction to him. I will make sure to follow his Singer 2018 series so that it will give me a great start of his talent. And I'm sure every one of his performances will definitely show his growth and various styles that are not mainstream and creatively unique. And of course I will keep discovering him, because it would be an honour to.

I went down the rabbit hole with Dimash, then watched a duet with Dimash and Tengri (Tengger) - Swan Goose , then watched Tengri singing Heaven, then Hua Chenyu singing Heaven - and now I'm going down another rabbit hole - and am still going down it. Hua is such an amazing artist: composer, arranger, instrumentalist (piano, flute, etc). Such an amazing personality also, kind, respectful, generous, insightful, etc, etc Hua said: “Actually all the songs I sang during the show “Singer 2018” are about my personal growth and the mountains I scaled one after another to get there”: • “Wukong” (Qi Tian) was my descending; • ”Child” was my maturation; • “Nunchucks” was my arrogance; • “I Don’t Care” was my disdain; • “Flammable and Explosive” - what do you want from me; • “Mountain and Sea” my disappointment after I opened up to the world; • “Fake Monk” struggling myself, saving myself; • “The Ordinary Road” I clenched my teeth to face myself; • “I Am What I Am” I found myself. I really reminisce singing Mr. Leslie Cheung’s “I Am What I Am”. • Shout” after I scaled on top of a mountain to surpass myself”. Hope this helps in understanding how each song reflects a different stage in his life. The songs' lyrics are important, so I suggest you find the videos with English subtitles from Hua Chenyu English Subs, fourth row down, fourth picture. This will link to the first video - Qi Tian. Each song is a separate video, with all the videos listed down the right-hand side of the page. Welcome to Mars!! Greetings from New Zealand.

@user-ew7yu4oh1p I hear you. I've gone down the rabbit hole with Dimash, and now I've gone down the rabbit hole with Hua Chenyu. I just don't know how they do it. And yeah, Hua Chenyu is such an amazing artist, there is no arguing about that! As well as him being an amazing composer, arranger, instrumentalist (piano, flute, etc). And I'm sure he does have such an amazing personality, and is also kind, respectful, generous and insightful! Thanks for the list of his "Singer 2018" performances, that's really helpful! And I'm sure they will help me with understanding how each song reflects a different stage in his life. And I'm sure the song lyrics are very important, so I will definitely make sure to find the videos with English subtitles from Hua Chenyu English Subs in the location you say it's in! Thanks for welcoming me to Mars!! And thanks for the greetings from New Zealand, I must return the favour by saying greetings from UK.

Thank you for this reaction! Hua Chenyu is an amazing performer, this is among his more subdued performances, he has a fantastic stage presence and conveys emotions in a way that very few other singers can, he is also incredibly diverse in his musical styles. As well as being a great singer he is also a composer and plays piano, guitar and flute. I'd suggest listening to "Child" for something very touching or "Qi Tian" "I don't Care" "Aliens" for something a bit more rocky. Hua Chenyu's nickname is HuaHua he is known as having a very powerful voice but he does not stick to classic styles and likes to mix it up a bit. I hope you will have a look at more of his work, especially his live concert footage (have a look at the Hua Chenyu English subtitles channel)!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed my reaction! Yeah Hua Chenyu really is an amazing performer, there is no arguing about that! And I agree with everything else you said, 100%, and I did not know that he is also a composer and can even play piano, guitar and flute! How interesting! Thanks for the suggestions! I will definitely make sure to listen to "Child", "Qi Tian", "I don't Care" or even "Aliens" for something a bit more rocky, as you say, and hopefully none of them will get blocked worldwide! I'm not surprised that Hua Chenyu's nickname is HuaHua, because that's what I calling him when I was recording myself trying to say his name in the different parts of this video that I ended up cutting because of my stammer! And it's nice to know that while he is known for having a powerful voice, he also does not stick to classic styles and likes to mix it up a bit! I'll make sure to be aware of that for future reactions to him! I will definitely have a look at more of his work, especially his live concert footage (I will also make sure to have a look at the Hua Chenyu English subtitles channel)! That way, I can actually understand what he's saying!

Welcome to Hua Hua. And thank you for Reaction to him. This is nowhere near the best of Hua Hua. He is a Composer/music arranger/multi instrumentalist, who sings Rock/Metal, Rap, Reggae, Pop, SynthPop, Electronic, Ballads, Accoustic, Broadway, Traditional Chinese. If you let us know what your favourite style of music is, we'll focus on suggesting those to you. And, well worth going to "Hua Chenyu English Subs" Channel, where you'll find a huge number of his performances with English Subtitles. As a next Reaction, maybe try him doing "Nunchucks". It's a good fun song with multiple genres so you can see some of what he does.

Thank you for welcoming me to Hua Hua. And thank you for enjoying my reaction. I would disagree with this not being anywhere near the best of Hua Hua, but I have just started listening to his music. It's nice to know that he sings those other genres. It shows that he can sing a variety of things. I'm not sure what my favourite style of music is, but I'll give it some thought. My favourite music is Glee but I know that isn't an option, so I'll keep thinking. And I will make sure to visit "Hua Chenyu English Subs" Channel when I have the chance to. And thank you for recommending "Nunchucks" to me as my next reaction to him, I will keep that in mind and I'll see what I can do.

@@TheRedDevilYTOfficial if you like Glee, he does have some fun song. But he had a sad and lonely childhood, and didn't fit in, so he tended to sing quite sad or emotional songs. He is now much happier. So his songs are happier. His "Madhouse" is.. Reggae😂 and his Airplane Mode is quite fun too. He has a song IQ250 which is quirky. He also has some beautiful duets...where he was Mentoring upcoming singers. I'd recommend his duets with Su Shiding "Nanping Evening Bells" (Traditional Chinese.. with a twist)... or "Perhaps Love" (which is quite Broadway). Some Chinese and South Korean TV Shows are fairly strict about using their shows, so you may need to blur the screen of performances. No worries though. We "Martians" (Hua Hua fans) and "Dears" (Dimash fans) are used to that. Glad you found Diana. If you haven't watched Forestella you may like them. Try their versions of "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Shape of You", or "Bad Romance". Their vocals and harmonies are amazing. Again, lovely to see you enjoyed your Hua Hua introduction. 👍
