So good to see Karen up and about. Just from what I have seen I am underwhelmed by Hua Hin. However , acknowledging I can’t judge properly unless I visit. I think Chiang Mai , Koh Samui offer more.

@soniacollicoat I agree. I've had heat stroke in Cairns whilst working and ended up extremely ill for ages afterwards. The heat can take us out of action pretty fast if we're not prepared. I thought I was but it was the worst feeling 😕 😪

So good to see Karen up and about. It really flaws you after a stomach virus/poisoning. Just take it easy. Richard, what is the water like at the beach? Is it clear or murky? I can never work it out in videos. I love a great beach but I need the water to be clear and clean.

I dont know if i missed it but how did you get across and back to Hua Hin from Jomtien? We were going to visit Jomtien and travel onto Hua Hin but i saw online that the ferry has stopped between them. Did you have to bus back through Bangkok? Cheers 🙏

I am going to check out hua hin Pattaya this year But the vibe of kamala beach in phuket has a really Good Island vibe Like when I was on phi phi island Thailand has so many areas to explore It caters to everyone's needs

The beach looks nice, but the sand isn't, and all those sun lounges make it look like Seminyak. Packed in like sardines.
