When were these found? What is their story?

What rock is it? Granite? Looks like it was under water at some point. What is geological history of that place. I heard some places in Peru were uplifted thousands of feet above sea level.

It is limestone, a sedimentary rock. So you're right, it was underwater millions of years ago.

En este caso son los mismos locales que 500 años después siguen adoctrinados, los antiguos lugares sagrados y rituales lamentablemente han sufrido sincretismo
