There are always kind people and bad people both exist everywhere all the world, it doesn't matter which system run the country. Actually you should be happy that they (社會主義共產制度) know the problems and would like to face the corruptions and scandals and pay a lot attentions to solve the bad situations. They show you that they are not perfect but they are trying to make steady progress to offer most people a better life.

@@spring_is_passing_through Thanks for your comment! I am a Chinese, grew up in Taiwan, and would like to live in China after retiring. But not knowing much about Mainland China, watching Chinese movies and TV dramas are the ways for me to understand more about China. Thank you for your reply and just as your said bad people are everywhere and I can see the Chinese government has been doing a great progress in making most people better lives and a safest society!
