My freebuds 3i case battery doesn't last very long. Is this bcuz I never charge it for 5 hours in the first charge?

We have not experienced an issue like this. Perhaps you can charge it for an extended amount of time and see if that changes performance.

the eirpods Pro but there like 3 times the price and the huawei freebuds 3i is great for the price and the sound quality is great and I've had them for weeks and I've never had any issues

how do i turn on noise cancellation, i switch to noise cancellation mode, but there is no noise cancellation. does anyone know how to turn it on properly?

I recommend downloading the AI Life app, I haven't had any problems with noise cancellation. It's not that good as over ear headphones
